C’mon guys you don’t need to be sarcastic about this. I think it’s a great idea to do something new for a given period of time, you can learn a lot about yourself when you decide to do an exiting 30 day challenge.

sound advice, doing something for 30 days will help develop a daily routine, which if planed right will have lasting effects. I think we should always be challenging ourselves to some degree, it is how we grow.
